Damn breh you moist AFI'm a petroleum engineer so I drink to stay hydrated until the next “refill” since I don't get a lot of break time.
However, I do space out the timing of when I'll drink those gallons. Every day I eat my breakfast and drink my first gallon around 5 in the morning and that'll keep me hydrated till about 12:30 or 1 p.m. for lunch and then I'll drink that second gallon which will hold me until around 6-6;30PM when I'll have dinner and drink the last gallon.
After that, I'm done drinking for the day/night until breakfast the next morning.
It's dishwasher safe, stainless steel, and BPA-free.
The only part that's plastic would be the mouthpiece.
You can travel with the bottle all day since the water will stay cold for hours due to the insulation and as far as the daily intake is concerned it depends on how much water it is that you're aiming to drink.
I think it's a good buy.

Whistle real wet huh

.

Have you seen any major differences since you've been drinking these large amounts of water?
