So after reading this thread a few days ago I went and bought a gallon jug of water and drank it throughout the day a few times. I didn't realize how much a gallon of water actually was. Plus Ive been pissing like crazy. These nikkas talking bout they drink 3-4 gallons of water are some damn liars, lol.... You literally have to spend an entire drinking water to drink that much.

My wife is also an RN. I mentioned this thread to her and she said "if you're drinking 3-4 gallons a day, you'll be in the hospital by day 2"

1400-2400 mL a day is what ya'll should be drinking, if your pee is translucent (not transparent) then you're hydrated. I didn't know there'd be so many lies here.
