i try not drink over a gallon a day.even though i want too. u can die from drinking too much water..on days i work out, its easily 2 gallons....my sweat tastes like water .im pretty healthy
Ehh, gallon to gallon and a half depending on how active I am. If I work out and hoop in the same day, then I am definitely putting away 10-12 bottles of water (I fill them up).
As a rule of thumb, drink water until your piss is semi clear, with almost no visible traces of yellow colored urine.
Even then, keep drinking water but slow down your pace.
