.....there were no advantages to it other than being knowledgable?

Let's say in a made up world where education didn't mean u could have the opportunity to have more stability. Would it be as important to you to have a degree? Yrs ago you weren't looked down upon if u didn't have a college degree because you'll still could make a way for yourself. Now it's to the point where if you don't have a degree you can easily be viewed as a lazy ratchet bum.

And yes I know this situation is not all that realistic but I'm asking for you to give answers based off of if it was real.

Side note. The cost of tuition would be the same as now.

Would still be worth a lot. Definitely wouldn't be willing to pay the same amount for it tho.

I'll tell you how it works. I hired a property management company to handle anything legal, repairs, tenant interviews, rent money, etc. All i gotta do is pay a cut to them and pay money for repairs. I get paid every month for doing....nothing
But isn't your profit significantly deducted from all of that?

Best hustle around. How much do you pay your company? They take 10% of mine :sadcam:. Over the years that shyt is gonna add up.... but it's worth it just to do nothing and have checks arrive in the mail.

Sure if i have to pay mortgage and if shyt breaks every day. The only mortgage i have is on the house i live in (my properties are owned by me, not the bank) and shyt rarely breaks

DO OR DIE
I don't see how the hypothetical fully works but yea, I would still go but only if things reverted back to like a mystery school style. Back in the those roman and greek days people really followed that master and pupil, apprentice type education.

You found the most revered teacher you could and just lived under that person to get the book lessons but then see how they enact it through daily life. I think that's true learning. And I would choose something I truly care about mastering vs the most job profitable. Something in the arts.
