How much would it take for you to leave your current job?

I already know once I get my Bachelor in IT next year, ima have to start from the bottom and climb my way up for the simple fact that in that field they look at experience more so than education.
It's gonna be hard tho, beginner level in the IT field looking like $9 & up to, at most I've seen, $12/hr. I've been working for my current job for a year and 4 months, they hired me at 19 with a $19.74 hourly rate. It's gonna be hard getting outta my current lifestyle and start all over just to be in my career choice. I'd leave it behind just to be in something I like.

Is there anyway you can work in your chosen field in your current company? Nothing is impossible, network with all different departments etc.

I can work in my chosen field at my company but most likely I'll end up transferring to another agency and those agencies are either in DC or Texas. I actually applied to be an intern with one so my fingers are crossed.
