How much would you pay for a device that can do everything the Xbox One can do except play games?

I'm talking Cortana integration, voice controls, web browser, apps, ability to stream your PC to it, cable and live connectivity and fukk it, even a 150gb hdd with the ability to play windows 10 arcade titles. How much would a device like that be worth to you?

PSTV they wanted like $100+ for that last year, Sony heads said it was a good deal
So what should the bidding be on this? I'd say maybe $179.99?

1.) According to your logic, you didn't need to buy a PS4. Your phone and PC can do all that
