So 100 octane here is like 105 over there...:ohhh:

Yes. We can't get 105 though. The best we can get is 98. For higher octane you have to buy E85, which has around that 100-105 octane mark. But there's only a few places you can buy it from, not every petrol station sells E85

Haven't calculated at home charge. But around $15 to get it to 80% from close to empty at the supercharger.

The worst ever is $80 to fill up my CLS63 AMG (6.2L V8) and I usually got 11mpg city and 14mpg combined. I got that bytch down to 8mpg on a few aggressive driving days :whoo:. To be young and dumb again.

You're right. I was thinking about it after I wrote that yesterday and think it must be because my daily route is mostly reverse-commute, freeway miles. On paper I have everything going against me though. The premium I use is $5+, I drive a 20 year old big body, and my average speed 90-100 when traveling to/from to work. With all things considered, it ain't bad at all. Even $35 a week to cross the bridge isn't so terrible now that I realize it. Mentally seeing that I'm paying $5 a gallon and $7 for toll so often feels like a much bigger kick in the balls than it really is I guess lol.

Commute now is 25-30 min round-trip everyday :wow:

I used to drive my last car (as it was breaking down), from Brooklyn to Paramus, NJ if I couldn't catch the train to the bus in time and that was a minimum 3 hour round trip commute :mjcry:

Wish I had the Civic back then :mjcry:

Not actually sure, probably 8-9 miles in terms of round-trip commute, maybe 80-90 miles per week with errands.
Gas is also like $2.89 here :ehh:
