How often are verses rejected?

We all have heard some songs with good beats and then some featured rapper comes in with some bullshyt that fukks up the whole song. Sometimes cats dont rap on the same topic that the rest of the song is about and just phone in some random lines about money and hoes.

Is it heard of that when someone sends you a wack verse you paid a lot of money for you can send that shyt back and tell them to send something else?

Wayne and Ross have been phoning in shyt left and right. Id be really pissed if i was a rapper who could really use those guest spots as a push and they gave me some garbage.
