I use to make this mistake make sure you go regularly for maintenance cleanings and checkups. Now it's ever 6 months just went on the 13th go back in July.

Regularly for check-ups and maintenance, after experiencing a swollen face due to an abscess I don't play with dental health any more

Yeah I am taking mines more seriously now I still need a couple of molar implants now smh.

Went like 2 weeks ago but i have to go to the orthodontist i might decide to get braces not sure if i want to do the Veneers instead but i heard you have to get them done every 10-20 years and you can’t eat hard food or chew on ice

But I haven't been since March of of last year.
My hygienist is kind mad that I cancelled twice on her but I ain't going back until I get a vaccine.
