How often do you attend work happy hours?

We don't have happy hours since everyone works different shifts most of the time. Not everyone gets along either, mostly the women. We do go out on occasion to dinner but not often. Would love to do outings more often but i work mostly evenings and nights.

1) I go to the ones that we are able to charge back to the company.

2) I go to any HH where there are folks in attendance that I would like to network with.

3) I go to HH with my black colleagues.

If im new to the gig, I'll go to the first happy hour. Can't be turning down shyt as a new employee. Afterwards, I don't go. I'm with these mothafukkas for eight hours a day, last thing I want to do is extend that time. Secondly, these cacs are wack af and there's a possibility I might say some shyt I should'nt around these fukkas.
