How often do you Detox your system????????

Back in the states I do a complete detox every 4 months
but being here I continually detox daily. I don't get to eat the type of healthy meals I prefer so to rid myself of parasites, negative bacteria and the like, I take:

Liver Cleanse:

Parasite cleanse:

Kidney cleanse:

Colon Cleanse:

along with other supplements and vitamins i take

if i want to do that i start off eating brown rice then go raw 100 percent. it is a great natural detox. you require much less sleep on the raw diet. you also lose weight without even exercising. i don't do it every month, just whenever i feel i've been eating too much salt

and the rest of the time i don't eat meat mon-thur

but being out here i have to use more supplements

Interestingly enough, I'm actually detoxing as we speak.

I ordered the Full Body Detox from Dhealthstore.com and so far it's worked wonders. They actually have a sale right now and their products are really powerful for the price so you can stock up...and it's all 100% organic. I've vowed to look after myself physically and emotionally since my situation started and its helped a lot. I'm in my final week of the detox. When I give myself a break I'm going to be taking some other products to clean my blood.

They say ideally you should detox four times a year (start of every season) or at the very least, once or twice.

I've tried that Ultimate Cleanse but the last time it didn't really do much for me.
