Water, Coconut Water and Orange Juice

About 2-3 a month. I use to drink them all the time but cut back on it . I'd like to cut it out permanently, though.

Meh I stopped drinking regularly like 4 years ago I do sip on a cup full of orange soda every now and then I love dat shyt. But it's a gallon of water a day everyday

Maybe like one or two a year. I mainly drink water. Cranberry juice every now and then

There are far better alternatives to soda...Pedialyte, Gatorade, Apple Cider, Sparkling non-alcoholic Grape juice,,,

Even cold water mixed with honey, lemon juice, molasses, cinnamon, flax oil/olive oil and other spices is cheap and better than soda...

Pop is a kids drink. All those other things with the exception of Pedialyte are equally not good for you. Water is the answer here. Need a cheat code? Take your body weight, divide it by 2 and add 20, you should be drinking that many ounces of water a day.

Can't remember how long it was since I made the effort to stop drinking Soda. As much as I love a cold coke with ice, I was chugging that shyt recklessly up until I made the effort to quit. Stopped drinking Soda, stopped drinking beer everyday. I was already drinking almost a gallon of water a day, so cutting Soda out and reducing beer stopped negating whatever benefits I get from staying hydrated.

Been drinking the fukk out of Lucozade as of late, though.

Oh I'll also drink those Monster Zero's (no sugar, calories, carbs etc.) in the morning as an alternative to coffee.

Needless to say I piss about 30 times a day lol.
