I go twice a year, I have sickle cell anemia traits so they always check up on me. Thank god I don't have to pay for physicals.

Whew lucky you...a friend mine has it and she lives in the hospital...

I take care of myself and I'm actually pretty good with getting the proper check ups.

I also donate blood regular so they run a battery of test there also so that's roughly another 3-4 times a year.

Havent been in a while. I eat healthy and exercise. As far as stds i strap up and make the women i mess with get their paps and show me the results. If ur pap is abnormal get from round me.
