How often do you go to the dentist for a teeth cleaning?

I go every 6 months. I think the longest I went without one was 4 yrs and when I went in my dentist was like lookin good.

I was like thank bruh

Oral hygiene is a make it or break it for me so I take it fairly serious.

Same bruh, started the habit up again 2 years after YEARS of not going. They were like “actually your teeth and gums are strong and healthy. Just some coffee staining”. HUGE sigh of relief lmao.

Lady told me people swear they’ve flossed but she is looking straight at food chunks right between their teeth
