How often should I change my sheets & blankets

I brush fiercely. It has to be changed with every new tube. I doubt it's more than 6 weeks each time.

My mom always instilled in me to change once a month. I buy a pack of 4 and it lasts all year.. So about once every 3 months for me. Do you sterilize them after each brush? i want this one.

It's only 20 bucks.
Twitter was making me gag when they informed me that every time you flush your toilet, the bacteria flies around the entire bathroom if the lid isn't closed. Now I make sure to close the lid BEFORE i flush.

Define sterilize. I rinse it with the hottest possible water from the faucet for a good period.

The one I posted above was a UV sanitizer. It'll kill 99% of the germs in a bout 5 minutes. Soaking your toothbrush in mouthwash will kill 99% in about 20 minutes. Microwaving a toothbrush will kill 100% of the germs after a minute. Hot water/air drying is the least effective. idk how less significant, but I've been doing the mouthwash thing for the past couple of years. I want to do it, but the microwave thingy takes up too much time.
