Depends. I called off this past Sunday and I called off for almost a week back in January.

Today might be one of them days for me. At CAT, we got this goofy ass shít called "blue card". We only get 50 hrs a year and they give them to us in April. It's basically personal time, but you have to call in 30 mins before start of the shift

I also make up a lot of time by staying late. I prefer to stay late actually. I don’t be doing shyt at home but studying or fukking around on here

Not often but rarely now since i am remote so i can get what i need to do done during the day. Only time i will call out now is if i am bedridden level sick but i still schedule PTO normally though.
