How Often You Go Outside? I Realized Why I'm Not Leaner

So i'm trying to shed some bodyfat right now
I used to be able to do this easy
I'm eating healthier than ever and way more regular in the gym than ever as well.

But I wasnt' gaining at the speed I thought I should be
was not making sense to me
Now I think I know why
After I got divorced I moved from a house to a one bedroom condo.
So now i'm not walkign all around the house, going down the steps to the basement which was my man cave so i went often there, then upstairs then here or there.
But i'm in a one bedroom condo now, there's not really anywhere to walk, so I gotta do something about that.
You think that can be the thing that makes this much of a difference even though I go hard at the gym in the evening? I'm working during the day or netflixing.
Is that it? Just not as much walking around the house?
I only go out on weekends, so only place I go to during the week is the gym.
I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, but i'm only losing like a pound every week

Exercise has much less impact than diet

Try controlling your meal portions and see if that helps. I'd also suggest drinking nothing but water for 30 days as well.

I have a big appetite though, i'm eating super insanely healthy right now.
Maybe it's the weed, I smoke weed everyday, could be the munchies

But i'm trying Leanmode, it's a appetite supressant

that hermit lifestyle of staying in front a TV or monitor shyt is for the birds and losers OP…get out and get that fresh air…video games, TV, movies bullshyt on social media ain’t going know where….you don’t even gotta hit the gym, find a trail or a high school track…thats why mfers so depressed now…over stimulated with bullshyt

Losing one pound a week is good. You should get your body fat measured. You might be losing fat but gaining muscle at the same time. There won't be much difference on the scale but your body composition will change.

Can't outwork a bad diet.

Going outside won't make any difference as long as that box of Ding Dongs is sitting on your kitchen counter.

This is gon fukk u up if you don't manage it. Truss me Dadd--err....just trust me. If I were u, id try to smoke AFTER eating, so if u get the munchies you'll get fuller faster
