For my brehs smokin' everyday, 3 - whateva times a day. What's the longest you went without a smoke recently? Have you been forced to temporarily quit or done it voluntarily? Did you notice any change in yourself?

I'm off and on. I live in Seattle where it's legal, and for the first 3 months I got here I was puffing all day every day cause it was so cheap and so available, but after a while it started fukking with my productivity. I lost like 10 lbs cause I wasn't going to the gym or eating regularly. My work took a hit, I got depressed. So I gave it up back in July. Feels great to feel normal again. I still smoke on the weekends sometimes, but that every day shyt had to go.
