mom-teen-son-120112.jpg

Does it matter the circumstance?
What if he tryna stack up his bread and start his own business? What if he is in college?

Also do any of yall nikkas still live with ma dukes?

Real answer? Whatever age you hit 40k+ a year. Leave it to short-sighted folks to toss out their young and subject them to the same debt cycle. You build wealth by keeping the family afloat while they grow.

We don't have to imagine it, check other groups and see how they do.

Exactly bro... You know in some Asian culture the kids don't leave until they are established and ready to start a family.
American culture it's different.... Whites will keep their kids for a long time as well... They keep them around a few years after their kids graduate college.

But Black Americans we feel like once you grown get your ass out....

And it's hard cause a Black Woman don't wanna date a nikka over 22 who still live with his parents, regardless of the circumstances. :ehh:

Circumstances matter.

If your parents got a big house (big enough that you can have your own entrance/privacy) and they're chill i don't see a problem living with them for as long as you like. Paying rent is a waste of money if you don't have to.

if your parents don't have room for you, aren't going to give you privacy, or they're just strict people then you should be aiming to move out at 18.

Yup. I don't have a pot to piss in, but I actually have good starter revenue coming in now in a job that didn't require education. I spent a grand on camera equipment and put thousands into paying off old debts. I'm putting together a business and trying to put my sisters on and help them expand(one of my sisters is a pretty good singer. Was in a band that did clubs and concerts). Unfortunately moms has health conditions out the ass so I am in no particular rush to leave, and she doesn't sweat us about it.

Throwing out our young is a huge reason we have no wealth. It puts your kids at a disadvantage. The amount of people i know who left the nest early and now had thousands in debt for school and no job to go to....nope. My kids will get the same lessons my mom gave me, they will know about credit, flipping product(no dame dash) and how to be comfortable enough with themselves to know when to ask for help. The old economy is dead. Manufacturing isn't around to help black folks build. We gotta change our shyt.

A lot adults in this generation are moving out at an older age because graduating from college these days doesn't guarantee you a job, the cost of living is steadily rising, wages haven't increased, and the economy sucks. Studies show that a lot millennials are living with their parents up until 25-30 more than any previous generation.

Whenever you get into a serious relationship with a man or woman, before that stay until your financially stable enough to last at least a year without any income coming in.

That's real shyt... I would rep but nikkas on the coli destroyed my Rep :stopitslime:

But you right bruh, we as Black people need to emphasize euntreprenuerism and self-sustainability. People such in a rush to go to college, graduate, and go work and make a white man richer. :francis:

Then once we get a little money we don't invest it.. We just buy material shyt to look like we got more than we actually have.... We black folk gotta get it together. :francis:

Who mom is that OP? She look like she got a couple good years in her. :shaq:

It's a stock photo from google. :comeon:
