I left the house a month after i got hired at at&t makin $60k-70k a year (before taxes which is 33% for commission not counting federal).
Ive spent well over $60,000 on RENT. shyt i dont own!!
Save for a house. At&t was at 21. Im boutta be 28 and just now getting ready to purchase a house hopefully this year. Wish that $60,000+ went towards some shyt i owned now..
I guess it dont matter, but i dont see how nikkaz can be in a serious relationship with a woman. She gon eventually get tired of that shyt.

21 and i'm moving out soon, gonna have like 4 roommates n shyt(it's a BIG ass house, and 2 of the guys are already brehs i've been tight with), and the place is like 10 minutes away from my parents crib, but i think it's just time for me to be out on my own. i got no qualms with nikkas still with their own parents, but your own crib is your own crib. can do stuff i could barely do at my parents without being bytched at, like smoking/smelling like dope, and bringing thots over

Yep I live Ina Hispanic home and my people never tell me anything about moving out. I'm in college so they support that. My sisters are not in college and they don't tell them anything. Black families are the only ones that force their kids out. I've been shamed by a ton of black women for staying with my parent but that's just a culture conflict.They would if a white boy was doing it
Black Americans men are usually the only ones shamed for living at home with parents.. But Italian men, Asian, Latino, etc., all stay with parents and it's not nearly as bad. I know a couple of Latino friends that moved back in to help there mom who's sick now they just stay while still having a good job.

No, Breh. What wasn't made explicit in my post is that most folks won't be getting anywhere near a 40k+ job to start. If they start like it did, it goes from some pissant 8k a year gig to 12+, to 20+, etc? the number one rule being save while you earn. Take a percentage and put that shyt away.
I'm telling you, Breh, lot of us start out making shyt wage and are used to seeing it go "poof". I'm not saying toss brehs from the nest at 40k+, but that is about the point where if you aren't paying rent! you should be royally banking unless you had debts.
