My answer is 4 , I was making out and fingering girls by 7 , holding hands and acting like boyfriend and girlfriend by 9 and had my first legit legit girlfriend (meeting parents and speaking on the phone) by 11... which in turn ended up being the best looking BY FAR female I dated or called a girlfriend till this day especially seeing how she grew up.
