He needs to go to a team with an elite guard where he doesn't have to create so much for himself. That alone will improve his percentages a great deal. And I think he needs to realize that in order to win he will need to be the 2nd best player on a playoff contender. Cause after damn near a decade of him being the lead dog nothing has been shown that leads you to believe that he is a number 1 option for a playoff team.
