Cats will definitely try to block your progress, if they have the means to do so. We saw that with Irv and 50. Dude was actually makin' calls, tellin' people not to fukk with 50. mad personal. I don't believe in fukkin' with another man's money, so I didn't agree with that at all. Irv actually came out later and admitted that he was tellin' people not to do business with dude. So Em and Dre dealin' with him was HUGE! That cat's success was karma!!

But the "blackballin'" shyt is also an excuse for wack rappers who just can't get a deal. They'll swear someone's holdin' them back, when in fact, the only thing that's stoppin' them from movin' forward is a lack of talent.

Its real....BUT I will say a lot of it is this media people far as radio dj's,radio personalitys,magazine writers BET etc are stans they damn selves,or get to friendly with the bigger names,or just don't wanna risk upsetting them....so if u make the wrong enemy I feel like u can get blackballed without the particular artist u beefing with even asking....I don't think the Beyonces,Kanyes,Rhianas,Jays go out they way to blackball sumbody 9 times outtta 10...but they got stans in high places who should be bias but I definitly don't think they are....I've seen how they turn on people when they think they thru in favor of the "hot person" they beffin with at the time....seen it how they wuz dikkridin ross and shyttin on jeezy when they thought ross wuz headed for superstar status and jeezy wuz headed for a flop....we gon see it with Keisha Cole,seen how they been talkin bad about her since she dissed beyonce....and if ciara didn't have that Body Party record shed probaly been in the bushes for rhianna....I guess its natural but its fuked up....the way we stan on here I know if a lot of us had sum power we'd be blackballin the shyt outta sumbody

I feel like fear of blackballing is the reason wack rappers don't get dissed anymore. Back in the day when acts like Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer were hot, they would get a ton of criticism from other rappers in the game. Now if a garbage song comes out, no one says anything and everyone pretends to fukk with it.

The Slaughterhouse movement was a complete failure. Four spitters who said they were bringing real hip hop back. And yet dudes were afraid to mention one name or go at anyone in particular.
