There are a lot of pretty good RPGs that are doing choices well. They’re usually indies though. Wasteland 3, Disco Elysium, Citizen Sleeper, Pathfinder, Divinity 1 and 2, Torment: Tides of Numenera, Wildermyth (Underrated gem), Kenshi, Rimworld, etc.

There’s some heat out there.

There are many modern rpg that give the player choice divinity series, pathfinder series, baldurs gate tyranny etc etc but I get they ain’t on about those kind of games and just the cookie cutter rpg lite games

Disco Elysium is GOATed but like I said these CRPG he ain’t on about.
