no it doesnt :mjlol:

you can lose weight dieting but you eventually plateau and need more effort afterwards. it has to become a second job at that point. its harder for women to lose weight and with 16 hours of your 24 hours gone 5 days a week finding the effort can be hard. this coming from a current fat nikka in the gym 3-4 times a week seeing results. its not easy especially not for everyone.
No offense but right now, you’re just fat and full of excuses. We’re not talking about gaining muscle, we’re simply talking about losing weight. She could lose all of the weight that she gained in less than a year by just going to the gym daily and choosing better options when eating.

The way her confidence completely disappeared in the last part:mjlol:. She looks so defeated.

She let herself go. That first year weight gain should have been the start of her exercising and changing her eating habits. People put on an extra 20 lbs and instead of correcting it they wait until they're up 50 lbs to make changes. By then they've built too many bad habits and don't have any discipline.
Yep. At that point you have to be truly dedicated and disciplined. It's going to take a few months before she even starts to see the results. Most people fall off the wagon during this time for that reason
