-Working out like a ngga. Women heard ‘you lose more weight when you lift’ and applied it all wrong. Chicks doing no cardio at all but doin deadlifts. These mfers are bulking

-shyt culture (even tho she not black). No discipline culture. bytches literally brag about eating food and naps…. Brunch, drinking, heaping portions of recipes on IG , or restaurants on IG they gotta try

depending on how your metabolism works this can happen fast as hell.

thats one thing i hate about weight. you can pack on pounds fast af but can take a long ass time to lose it. its fukked up :mjlol:
Because the human body has evolved to survive in locations where food is scarce. Putting on weight easily is how your ancestors were able to survive through droughts and other harsh times.

The people who couldn't quickly convert energy to fat didn't survive because their bodies metabolized food much faster. Especially for women because if they got pregnant but had enough extra weight during the lean times, mother and baby had higher chances of surviving. If not, the baby would die from lack of nutrients and the mother would go next.

Well this is a fukking lie. It's way easier to gain compared to how difficult it is to shed excess weight within the same amount of time. Our bodies are programmed to cling onto excess fat faster than we can lose it anyway.

You can pack on 5-7lbs (or more) over the course of a simple 3 day family reunion weekend of hearty breakfasts, crab boils and BBQ. Not to mention beer and liquor on top of all that. Our ability to lose just one pound per week vs quickly gaining 5 in half that makes it clear that shyt in no way takes the same amount of time.

I've never seen a fat bytch dead lifting. Every fat woman I've seen working out is using 10 lb dumbbells or on a machine with the pin in the second slot in the stack. See them three months later and they're still lifting 10 lbs. They don't get results because they don't train "like a nikka."

All the fit and sexy women in the gym are lifting and yes they do cardio. Even if a woman was bulking you could still see clear musculature. Chick in the OP has no muscle whatsoever. Only thing she's deadlifting is food off her plate.

If she wants results she needs to lift, do cardio, and eat better. Most people just diet alone and do some cardio. That isn't sustainable for most. What they don't realize if that lifting brings in the discipline because it's a lifestyle. You start monitoring what you eat. You're focused on your macros so you start eliminating foods that you don't need. You develop a routine. Your confidence improves. You're motivated. Most importantly getting results means you're more likely to stick with it.
