No offense but right now, you’re just fat and full of excuses. We’re not talking about gaining muscle, we’re simply talking about losing weight. She could lose all of the weight that she gained in less than a year by just going to the gym daily and choosing better options when eating.
^This.

We not talking about going to the gym and becoming Serena or Qimmah, we're talking about doing the bare minimum to not be a walking blimp up in this bytch called life. :gucci:

Pro Tip: It's actually simple as fukk: Calories In < Calories Out. That's it.

Anyone having "trouble" losing weight: Either eat less calories and/or calorically-dense foods or exercise more. Or both. :snoop:

These lazy motherfukkers be picking D, None of the Above. :martin:

What are you even talking about? :stopitslime:

I've never seen a fat bytch dead lifting. Every fat woman I've seen working out is using 10 lb dumbbells or on a machine with the pin in the second slot in the stack. See them three months later and they're still lifting 10 lbs. They don't get results because they don't train "like a nikka."

All the fit and sexy women in the gym are lifting and yes they do cardio. Even if a woman was bulking you could still see clear musculature. Chick in the OP has no muscle whatsoever. Only thing she's deadlifting is food off her plate.

If she wants results she needs to lift, do cardio, and eat better. Most people just diet alone and do some cardio. That isn't sustainable for most. What they don't realize if that lifting brings in the discipline because it's a lifestyle. You start monitoring what you eat. You're focused on your macros so you start eliminating foods that you don't need. You develop a routine. Your confidence improves. You're motivated. Most importantly getting results means you're more likely to stick with it.

Is you done?!? :mjtf:

I literally said they aren’t doing cardio.

And I’ve seen this with my own 2 eyes. Chicks in the gym with a gut but got strong traps and shoulders. They. need. to. lose .weight. Period

Yet modern fitness has them convinced they gotta TRAIN. They eating big ass portions, protein shakes, etc. why? Bc they think they training, not losing weight. Hence ‘training like a Ngga’

These bytches be doin bench press!! :bryan: A universally accepted core exercise to build mass. :snoop:

It’s a comfort zone. Lifting isn’t nearly as taxing as cardio. I did Insanity for a week and had to stop bc I was losing too MUCH weight. Dynamic cardio works. But of course…no one wants to do that.

-A simp boyfriend—-or depression from not having a boyfriend

-toxic positivity culture. I don’t even need to look I know the comments are full of ‘you look good either way’

-Working out like a ngga. Women heard ‘you lose more weight when you lift’ and applied it all wrong. Chicks doing no cardio at all but doin deadlifts. These mfers are bulking

-shyt culture (even tho she not black). No discipline culture. bytches literally brag about living food and naps…. Brunch, drinking, heaping portions of recipes on IG , or restaurants on IG they gotta try

You weirdos project some weird shyt on black people.

Repped.

Not to mention lifting-lifting builds muscle which raises your BMR so you're burning fat sitting on your ass doing nothing.

Folks that only diet and do LISS/MISS burn muscle and fat, so the net change to their BMR levels out. Thus they're only getting calories burned from the exercise + EPOC and not Ex + EPOC + net increased metabolism. :wow:

But folks like ole buddy that don't lift wouldn't know that.
