you can lose weight dieting but you eventually plateau and need more effort afterwards. it has to become a second job at that point. its harder for women to lose weight and with 16 hours of your 24 hours gone 5 days a week finding the effort can be hard. this coming from a current fat nikka in the gym 3-4 times a week seeing results. its not easy especially not for everyone.
Yeah, for some people it's just genes, your body has a certain set point it tries to revert to.
I'm in my late 30s and been thin all my life without having to do any of that
just had Popeye's yesterday actually, I do go to the gym once or twice a week but honestly I don't even go that hard, just a light jog for a few miles and hit the machines for 20 or 30 mins.But I'm not arrogant about it at all because I know some people try way harder than me and struggle

It’s not nature, food is just very processed in modern time, if we lived like back in the day there wouldn’t be any fat people or at least what we consider to be fat would be different and we would all be shorties since we wouldn’t necessarily get all the nutrients to grow bigger

I kind of a compulsive person so going to the gym 6 days a week at 2 am isn’t an issue but i do feel like im not sleeping as much as I should and I be too tired to do anything after workno it doesnt

We really need to change work culture in America, I wish I could just work from 5am to like 12 pm, spending entirely too much time in office and commuting

there isnt enough time in the day.
there needs to be a work life balance legislation or something cus alot of time at work im just trapped sitting around doing nothing. either give us 2 hours back during the 5 day work week or give us an extra day off. if I had 2 extra hours a day m-f i would be happy.
