One thing I wondered, I rarely heavily go deep into ISIS news but do they allow the black people who came into their organisation semblance of power or leadership? Do they allow them to guard their cities and checkpoints?

I see and hear loads of Somalis and other Africans going over there but whenever I see the person ranting towards Europe, USA or in their propaganda videos it's always an Arab or south Asian.

Guessing you're just fodder to them, yet motherfukkers go over there in spades.
