As I get older my tolerance increases. 5* spicy at most restaurants isn't quite spicy enough for me, but that's likely because it's a "white people" scale.

here in the states you typically have to ask for any restaurant's spicy dishes to be made extra spicy. If you try that shyt in Thailand, you will get fukked up. I thought I knew spicy coming from a west African upbringing. But them Asian nikkas in Thailand on a whole other level. by default their dishes are on 100. shyt Indians too
