Yes and No. Its predetermined in the same sense video games are predetermined because the game runs on a code. However, within the game you can make different decisions that lead to different outcomes. In the same way, we can manifest a different destiny for ourselves by speaking it into existence. So in a sense we can actually control our simulation from inside the simulation if we are able to tune into the source code.
