the US military are the baddest mfkas out there
but this country treatment of us is
i kinda understand why they serve
but i couldn't do it

I think it's a place for brothers and sisters in the military...If they utilize it for what it's meant to be used for and not let them use you...I see so many Soldiers get used and abused by not taking advantage of the various programs that the services offer....If you do X amount of time you need to make sure that you use X Amount of benefits...You'd be shocked at the amount of Soldiers and Airman who just don't take take advantage of what the service offers...
I've met other leaders who have been to Ranger schools, Airborne, constant deployments and every deployment Etc but not once took a college course or certification...These are also the same guys who give their subordinates a hard time about going to school talking about placing the mission first etc....But news to them that mission will continue with or without them so why not encourage your subordinates to set them self up for success after they retire/ETS from service..
I not only expect you to score high on your apft and weapons ranges I also expect you to be enrolled in some type of professional development schooling at all times.

Besides alot of black men and women dont join it for love of country. They do it to take advantage of the system. They get benefits and get paid. I know alot of black veterans who have their shyt together. Cacs join it to intentionally kill and use that training when they come home to either be a cop or join a militia. White supremacist groups encourage their members with no criminal record to join the military and come back to train whites back home for race war. There needs to be black militias led by military veterans because these cacs are already ahead. I hate how pro black "militants" who never shot a water gun slander black military veterans.

Most ppl join for a steady decent check and benefits..I haven't ran across anybody that joined out of patriotism...but as the actual work this shyt easy honestly..it's not to much different than a normal 9 to 5 gig to me.

That really frustrates me as well. We all go through our journey to awakening. Instead of tearing down our military brothers and sisters we should work with them to train the diaspora like you said.
