2 homeless brothers in California went on the show a few years ago and they were both 600+ pounds.

How are you homeless AND obese? If you got money to eat 8000 calories a day you can get a place to live. And it’s 2 of y’all so that’s 2 incomes that can be combined.
They said they have to decide if they want to skip a meal so that they can get a hotel room for the night and take a shower/sleep in a real bed. That’s their treat for themselves. Once every 2 weeks smh.

I get the it's cheaper argument in context.
If you got a family you got to have enough shyt to spread out for everyone until the next time you can afford to get more food.
Someone like me who only has to focus on myself can eat right and afford it... but if you working all day and you gotta worry about more than one kid to feed.... which kids can eat out a damn house out themselves then you gotta do what you gotta do....
And then add on top of it NEVER exercising....

The magic of addiction is being able to afford an incredibly expensive habit when you yourself are perpetually penniless or can’t afford the lifestyle. It usually stems from some epic level of enabling, usually a family member, significant other, simp or the government plus some smart shopping around and some hustle involved. Drug addicts and alcoholics stay high and drunk even though drugs and alcohol can be insanely expensive when used in excess. It’s because addicts are the best at finding life hacks. Drug addicts corner the market on hustles like donating plasma, the pawn shop and begging at traffic intersections. A broke nikka with a lil style can go to the thrift store all the time and come out looking fresher than most people finding all the sneaker and gear grails for hella cheap basically spending next to nothing.
Broke fat people get on disability get those fat disability checks rolling in so they don’t have to work, get more money than many people working doing so and also doing things like hitting all you can eat buffets, ordering door dash or clipping coupons. Burger King stay sending out coupon deals every month where you can get like three whoppers, three medium fries and three medium drinks for like $12... and I live in the DMV area that is known to be expensive. Same thing with Wendy’s sending out coupon deals in the mail.
