So, Music Box in Chicago is bringing back 2001 as they normally do fast part of their annual 70MM Film Festival this weekend. There’s a small number of showings over the weekend, one more isolated showtime toward the month’s end.

I still have yet to see this, but this time it may actually happen for me.

Was going to possibly take my 10 year old to see Lightyear, although neither of us are really That committed to the idea.

I’m really tempted to take him with me to This instead. Have him really experience some top grade cinema, that’s not a kid’s movie, or a Marvel joint. He’s watched some drama and horror in the past so there’s some sort of range there already. I’d of course explain why he should appreciate the filmmaking, but beyond that
