I love SF weather man. We just got back from Diego and Santa Barbara. California is gorgeous. I want to take the wife and babe on a mini road trip around the Sonoma area back into the Bay. As lovely as California is, it still shocks me when I know niccas who personally have never left Alameda county

Certain parts. East Oakland is a beast. But west and north Oakland have been turned over. Not completely but people are paying 100k over asking for property. Its changed like crazy. But certain areas are extremely violent. and the school system is horrible

even now, the crime rate in Oakland is comparable to what you see in Flint and camden and those cities are compete dumps. You're telling me just East Oakland is bad while Oakland as whole was the 2nd most dangerous city of 2014? No thanks on Oakland bro
