French isn't gonna do shyt on the charts, but he's definitely in a better position than Red Cafe. Nobody is looking for a Red Cafe verse. French gets placements on/alongside some of the most popular artists in the game. Best Cafe is seeing is songs with Fabolous.

They don't have the skill level for labels to be confident enough to give him a release date.

Obviously you don't have to be the most skilled or anything, but you gotta have atleast something.

He may have the singles, he may have the mixtapes, but I truly believe that lack of skill makes labels reluctant to release the album (especially for east coast artist).
