It depends people will gain weight over time and after childbirth that's just a matter of life. But the amount she gained is disrespectful and ground for immediate divorce. I believe you owe it to your partner to be the best version of yourself or as close as possible. To let herself go like that is selfish and shows she don't care about herself or her dude
