Unfortunately, y'all are late asf. Avatars were always recommended to be 200×200 (or less) in size to upload...

I mentioned it a month or two ago.

Can't change avi either.

Had a nice Big Daddy Kane picture waiting to be used and haven't been able to do so since Saturday...

I could shrink it but then it'd be too blurry and what's the point if it's all blurry and pixelated..

However, there were times you can go larger than 200×200 depending on the pic. Months ago before it stopped working I used to able to upload avi's that were 1000×1000 or higher with no problems.
