They are called sexual innuendos, body language, eye contact, touch etc. All those can be used to get a woman’s mind wondering/wandering.

these are the tools, but you have to know how to use them.

Basically, you have to feel sexy...
then, you have to make a woman feel what you feel...
and at the same time not be ashamed of how you feel (that's the 'confidence' that is often spoken of)...
so she can feel like it's cool.

As mentioned, it's easier to do if she finds you attractive.
But in any event - it's not gonna work if you don't feel sexy/good about yourself.
