I don't get why nikkas is puzzled that people struggle drinking just water...as sugar is addictive and whole generations of folks grew up drinking sugary drinks regularly.


For those struggling, I suggest doing water only challenges, where you try to drink nothing but water for an entire month. You may only make it a week the first time you try but keep trying until you can make it an entire month. Also, if you're like me, it's hard to go out to clubs/bars/lounges and not drink, so just limit yourself you straight liquor in those instances. The goal isn't perfection but completion. Once you complete a month you'll understand what us "Water is delicious" folks are talking about...your palette will be corrected back to normal.:blessed:

And after that month, you'll still want to drink water most of the time, but it won't feel like you're forcing yourself to. Because, again, water is delicious. :ohlawd:
