Eating on a vegan diet is really supposed to make you feel energized as opposed to feeling full.

When you eat meat, It's a lot of work on the body to digest it, hence why you're full when you eat a lot of it.

Does Salmon or Shrimp tax the body similarly?

You’ll get over it. Your body and digestive may still be detoxing. Give it a few more weeks and the cravings, along with the “I don’t feel full” feeling should go away. Drink more water throughout the day and with your meals. Eat more, if you need to. You’ll be good. I usually only eat once or twice a day. That’s me, though.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't say I'm vegan just yet, (definitely not in the financial position to do that yet).....but i haven't eaten any meat, beef, or pork at all for about a week and some change now. Very, very tempting at times; I was so close to slipping up a few times---it doesn't help that I work in fast food (that spicy chicken, cajun fries, fresh biscuits smell:noah::noah:) but I stayed strong. Tryna keep it that way for as long as I can. Mainly fruits (whatever's available really, or whatever I can afford at the time, mostly bananas and apples), nuts, :dame::mjpls:water of course (that's all I drink). I'll still slip up and eat a little junk/starch on occasion (which is honestly still unhealthy.....:snoop:but still, not as bad as meat:scust:) but immediately after i'll just chase it down with some kind of fruit. Just basically tryna to get more fruit/vegetables in my body than anything else

I noticed I've been gassy as fukk for that whole week since I stopped eating meat tho. What does this mean? Is it normal?
