switched to vegan a month ago and this is probably my biggest issue, I dnt feel full without some meat in my food
metabolism already high and a vegan diet only gonna make my shyt more efficient thats not considering exersize and cardio, not trynna run through a week and a half of groceries in 4 days

water of course (that's all I drink). I'll still slip up and eat a little junk/starch on occasion (which is honestly still unhealthy.....
but still, not as bad as meat
) but immediately after i'll just chase it down with some kind of fruit. Just basically tryna to get more fruit/vegetables in my body than anything else
