Do you wanna see change breh :lupe:?

I would love to see change. However, I've already accepted the fact it won't happen in my lifetime. That's why I focus on the youth. So the next generation and the one after that will be in a position to make that change. Too many of my peers are too far gone. :yeshrug:

Let's start by not calling us white folks "CAC". We're not all bad. Also, the jumping on the racist boat when you mention something "black".
Black people can't fight fair
CAC!

And the reason it wont happen in your lifetime is because you've accepted it.
Ok, enough with this ultra naive, platitudinous, self help, moral orel nonsense.

You're seriously sitting here telling somebody that racism wont end in their lifetime because they didn't scrunch their nose up, cross their fingers and believe really hard, whilst heavily implying that racism will go away if black people eat right and don't smoke? :camby:

"Eat your greens, turn off the tv and the legacy of Jim Crow plus the systematic and continued disenfranchisement of millions will fade away." :rudy:

The implication itself is offensive and ironically justifies the prejudice that racists show, as if they're only racist as a result of media propaganda and as a response to perceived flaws in the characters of black people when that's clearly not the case and is only the superficial manifestation of deeper rooted prejudice.

You talk like you're completely blind to the lessons of history, blind to how racism is embedded into the deepest roots of American social infrastructure.

The legacy of racial discrimination in America is bigger than black people. If you have failed to understand this then no matter how good your intentions, no matter what answers you think you may have you can't meaningfully contribute to this conversation.

Talk to or read up on any black historian worth their salt and you'll be confronted with the very real possibility that black people may ultimately be discriminated against for as long as America may exist. That thought is terrifying to countenance but anybody that's unwilling to face or understand it shouldn't be making threads like this and haranguing people for not having the answers.

no...

what im saying is racism will go away when we, as a collective decide to make it stop. Racism could stop tommorrow if we came together as a people to stop it.

The reason it goes on is because most of the people affected by it accept it as a reality.

I think the only way we'll come full circle with this is if I humor you so to that end...

What exactly constitutes black people deciding to make racism stop? What does that look like?
And how does 500 years of learned cultural behaviour, institutional prejudice and the resultant wealth and power disparity get undone in a day?
How in the realm of feasibility do 42 million people come to a collective decision and what is the precedent for it?
When has such a thing happened before? Is there a historical analogue you can point to?
What about racism is so illusory that simple refusal to accept it would result in its negation?
Are you implying that racial discrimination is something black people do to themselves?

The answer is simple but hard to execute. Unity. Not being afraid to not associate with white folks. It's hard for some to openly focus on black problems because there is a lot of cacs that will call you racist. But you cant be no c00n as fukk boy. Your people are more important than these cacs feelings. Cut ties with this society and build with your own exclusively.

nikkas don't wanna see change. They love this shyt.
Explain how we built America.

And dont just give some vague cheesy answer like "educate yourself c00n"

I'd love to hear how blacks built America...
