I'ts not about attracting random attention. BTW though, it seems like it's only older men or people I'm not actually that attracted to that have the guts to approach. A lot of young, cute guys have little to no guts and it's so pathetic, an immediate turn off. The ones who do though give off a strong

Laundromat, public library, women centric walks ( Beast cancer walk, domestic violence walks etc.)
Beyonce concerts, hell any R&B singers concerts( if your in BW), yoga class, pottery class,cooking classes, If you want to meet a nice looking female stores like nemien marcus and saks Starbucks and finally LSA ( I know I know but you'll be surprised they have some attractive looking women and to be totally honest LSA and Coli are well yoked no matter who hard y'all each to distant themselves.)
Bonus : Hang around the make up counters.
