That looks way beyond my tech knowledge. I've been sitting on this 2-year-old Arduino basic electrical kit
its not that hard bruh...all i did so far is solder a 40 pin connector to a board, download some software and put it on an SD card and plug in my USB keyboard to do the setting up...now the next part may be a little techy when i lave to figure out how to safely run a fragile 5 v system in a harsh 14volt automotive environment.
..they do sell pre assembled B kits already in the case so all you need is peripherals and software if you wanna go the really easy route
That looks like an Adruino leonardo board... people build robots , drones, home automation and so on they are ideal for any system where you want a digital system like a phone or computer to control or interact with the world somehow..drive a motor, heater, relay, lights whatever
if you can do adruino which is far more technical then you have more than enough skills for raspberry.
I saw an adruino hydroponics set up yesterday that was slick as hell...High power LED uv lighting, CO2 and Temparature controls,Pump servos....this shyt was a complete portable climate ...grow anything anywhere anytime.
