And stop picking at your face. Its probably from acne scars

all that black soap and fufu and tea tree shyt isn't going to work because to diminish the hyperpigmentation you need to either utilize a acid peel (which you shouldn't do yourself) or employ a active agent like hydroquinoe. I've personally used several products and this one far and away works the best. I'm an esthetician so its literally my job to be a skin care expert among other things. I would take 99 percent of the other shyt you see in here with a grain of salt even though they mean well.

you need to see a dermatologist but just by preliminary pictures I would say tretinoin spot treatment, hydroquinone, doxycycline or minocycline capsules. Keep out of the sun and if in the sun wear spf 20 and up daily and wash your face with black soap three times a day. Your face will be peeling so you need to hydrate and moisturize.

Dont do them yourself unless you are prepared to possible fukk your shyt up. A light glycolic peel isnt terriy dangerous but anything over 40% you are asking to burn yourself. Go to a medical spa and get them done. They generally work well for what ever problem you are trying to attack but their recovery period varies depending on the strength. Some of those shyts literally have you sidelined for two weeks look like the invisible man lol

The highest strength are literally burning away your skin to reveal the skin under it. So yea going out in the sun during the healing process will not only be counter productive but painful. Those are the extreme ones tho. A basic acid peel will only have you having some redness and irritarion for a few days.

Peels are meant to be a permanent thing as you are burning away skin to reveal fresh skin under it. How extreme that burn depends on the peel. Gycolic is nost common. Id have to grab my text because i havent done peels in a while but I recall another one is called kajic with some blue shyt :pachaha:

Horrible response. YOU can't even say why it is horrible advice... and I'm still trying to figure out what's so horrible about going to a doctor instead of making things worse by guessing about your health.

No offense to you. Dermatologists don't do much to help your skin. I delt with some skin problems. But My sister dealt with them from like 15-25 and didn't help that much. Until she just used natural essential oils like Olive Oil, Mango butter, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, etc. You can deff cure your skin woes on your own
