How to guarantee your survival after a police encounter

Seeing the string of people who have been shot even while complying with police, I figured I'd make a thread for tips and strategies to make it out of these encounters alive.

As of right now, I have: "Don't exist."

Seeing as I already do exist, do I just accept the possibility that I can get shot over anything?

Just avoid interacting with cops. Stay on the right side of the law. Don't call the cops in a domestic dispute. Or when dealing with a mentally ill family member. Or for...anything. Handle all disputes in house.


You see them walking in your direction on the sidewalk...walk to the other side.

They say hi to you? dont say anything back.

Don't acknowledge their existence.

Infact...I only talk to women cops now. And that's it.

As I said earlier, people who comply are still getting shot. Why's that?

I've been stopped by cops about 3 times in my life (All at night). All three times were positive considering the situations. I try my best to follow their instructions and keep things respectful and I've been lucky that they saw that and showed the same respect back.

Brehs if you're stopped by cops and it's late at night PLEASE follow their instructions. These people can kill you and get away with it, just follow their instructions and be on your way. Even if you feel like you were stopped wrongly there is no point doing something to escalate the situation.
