How do you mean lower your tolerance? Do you mean drinking more and not getting drunk? Or do you mean drinking less & getting drunk?

Can only speak on alcohol tolerance. I think it's pretty simple, stop drinking. I'm probably a borderline alcoholic, but I'll go sober for a month or two at times and go turn into a gym rat. When I cut back or cut off entirely, it's AMAZING to me how when I do something as little as have one shot of something with a beer, I'm buzzed immediately and don't want nor need any more. When I'm drinking on the regular like multiple times throughout the week, a shot and a beer does nothing for me.

You'll have to stop for at least 6 months to a year and only do it in strict moderation afterwards. There's no other cure bruh

This is good advice too. Exercise does wonders for rewiring those circuits

Or become such an alchy that your liver can't filter it like it used to, to the point to where it don't take much to get fukked up. That's why a lot of em can drink a couple of tall boys of that cheap shyt and be slurring and shyt.

Not true. Your tolerance is lowered by just stopping for a week at a time.
That's not a true lowering...just a just a slight adaptation which you'll get right back in no time.


I'm talking about all of the time it takes for your brain and body to physically change back as a result of the absence of alcohol. It takes awhile

Alcohol is a drug. Anyway, the recommended way to reduce tolerance is to gradually reduce your intake and then stop completely, allowing your body to fully adjust. If we're talking true addiction, quitting cold turkey is by the far the worst method and highly dangerous depending on the drug in question. If you're simply seeking to maintain a certain level of tolerance, then limit your intake to only a few days per week (one being ideal) and do not overindulge.

what you're really looking for is advice on how to get wasted properly

mix em up breh, I'ma give you some advice from my HS days when I was a heavy drinker and party junkie

tolerance is overrated, half a liter of almost any hard alcohol will fukk your ass up, no two ways about it

start your night with some jager shots, proceed to get drunk out of your mind with vodka and finish up with a ton of beers at the afters; keep smoking weed and cigarettes throughout the night; that's how I do it - you'll be completely wasted and probably won't even remember much

try mixing two alcohols that don't go well togetsher e.g. whiskey and vodka, vodka and tequilla - you'll be a new level of drunk

when you're drunk, have a couple of bumps, don't be a p*ssy - you'll feel fukking amazing and you'll be able to drink twice as much as you would without cocaine

you can drink all night if you mix it up with energy drinks and you'll also be in better contol of yourself and dance a lot

if you feel like throwing up, just hit the bathroom and do it - it gives you a sudden clarity and frees up space for more alcohol; this doesn't work if you are past the point of remembering things but once you get past that point it doesn't even matter

this is mostly abut drinking I can give you some ideas about the drugs as well but the point is to get creative and try all sorts of combinations with the right people
