My schedule doesn’t allow for it right now, but It’s a pretty solid tutorial can’t really knock it. The only thing I would say is maybe add a temperature check for the oil and for the internal temperature of the done chicken. I usually use corn oil. Its really good for deep frying due to its high smoke point..also it doesn't have much of any impact on the flavor of the food like other oils do..ie. olive oil...What do you fry in vegetable oil?
I prefer peanut oil or avocado oil when I fry chicken
