set your DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4

my shyt used to take like 20-30 seconds to connect to psn after it started but now it connects instantly

You need to do it at the router level if you game through a router though. I used the open DNS addresses in my router of 208.67.222.22 and 208.67.220.220

I just ran a DNS server test to see if the ones I mentioned above were the best to use and apparently it's not.. .
