Depends on what kind of test and how often you ingested before Sunday. It builds up in the fat stores in your body. Ingesting it is a little different.

your best bet is to get someone with clean piss, put it in a condom or small container and keep it in your underwear to keep the temp up
(piss tests have a color temperature reading)

if you’re taking a hair follicle test youre on your own

Sparingly. Probably once or twice a week. Max 50 mg in that span. STIM was feeling themselves and sought god through the 100-150 MG ingestion in one sitting.

OP, if it's a hair test...I know of a couple local health food and health stores that sells the hair shampoo or hair wash to clean ur hair (not sure how good it is or is it long term cleaning)

One health food store sells detox pills that I heard are good

I also heard of some u pass stuff that be at some gas stations and other spots that can help.

If u engage in edibles or smoke, always ask others about stuff like that who u know work jobs that test

Also GMC sells some liquid stuff that can clean u out temporarily. One was a grape flavor I took one time. I did pass my test back then but I smoked a lil 2 weeks before test.
